Description
AQUASUB is a high-performance hydro-ejector that combines aeration and circulation of freshwater masses. It is used for aeration and destratification of lakes, ponds, and any other freshwater body. AQUASUB is a hydro-ejector used in freshwater basins. With a simple design and robust construction, this device can be used in all circumstances. It can be converted into a mixer only. Thanks to its propeller, it enables oxygenation of the water body and thus provides the necessary oxygen.

- AQUASUB is a hydro-ejector that combines aeration and water mass movement. Used in freshwater lakes or ponds, it provides the oxygen essential for fish life. With a simple design and very robust construction, our devices can be used in all circumstances.
OPERATION
A special depressurizing turbine rotating at 3000 rpm is fixed at the end of the drive shaft. The air arriving through the guide tube is sucked into the center of the propeller by the VENTURI effect. The air mixed with water is diffused in micro-bubbles into the water current created and directed towards the bottom. The amount of oxygen transferred is optimal because the micro-bubbles have a very long residence time in the volume of water pushed.

- The AQUASUB aerators, developed in our workshops this year 2009, are floating, compact devices. They operate electrically: a supplied underwater cable allows connection to the power supply on the shore. Mooring is done using simple ropes.
- The special operation of this aerator allows combining aeration and water mixing. The movement of the water mass optimizes contact with atmospheric air. At the same time, the injection of air into the water ensures an O2 transfer: 0.35kgO2/h.
