Shipping and delivery
Aquipond.com ships from Belgium within 24 working hours to all 27 countries of the European Union. Orders to other countries receive a personalised price quote.
1. Who ships your orders
Aquipond.com is operated by Aquiflor SRL, Rue de la Liberté 22, 1320 Beauvechain (Nodebais), Belgium. All orders leave our warehouse in Nodebais.
2. Dispatch time
Every paid order is prepared and handed to the carrier within 24 working hours. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Belgian public holidays. An order placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday ships on the next working day.
This time may be longer during peak season (spring in particular), for pallet deliveries or in case of temporary unavailability. We will let you know by email.
3. Delivery time
Once the parcel is with the carrier, the following delivery times are indicative:

These times depend on the carrier and may vary: rural or island areas, weather, strikes, peak periods or inspections. Exceeding the indicative time does not give rise to compensation. In accordance with the law, if your order is not delivered within 30 days of its conclusion, you may ask us to deliver within a reasonable additional period, then cancel the order and be refunded if that period is not met.
4. Shipping costs
The exact costs are calculated and shown before payment, based on the address and the contents of the basket.

Amounts include VAT. The free-shipping threshold applies to the value of the products after discounts. For a pallet product to any other country, we send you a price quote.
5. Delivery outside the European Union
We deliver worldwide. If you live outside the European Union, email support@aquipond.com with your address and basket: we will reply with a price quote including transport. Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees in the destination country are your responsibility.
6. Store pick-up
You can choose free pick-up at our Aquiflor store, Rue de la Liberté 22, 1320 Nodebais. Your order is usually ready within 24 working hours; we email you as soon as it is waiting for you.
7. Tracking your parcel
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with the tracking number and the carrier's link.
8. Receiving your order
Check the parcel on delivery. If the packaging is damaged or a product is broken or missing, record precise reservations with the carrier where possible, take photos and notify us within 3 days of delivery at support@aquipond.com. We will open a claim with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund. Pallet deliveries must be checked in the driver's presence.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you designate, take physical possession of the parcel.
9. Incorrect address or unclaimed parcel
Please make sure the address you enter is correct. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, or because it was not collected from the pick-up point, re-shipping costs are your responsibility.
