Description
The Secoh aeration kit No. 2 brings together everything you need to oxygenate a garden pond of 10 to 20 m³. Air from the Secoh JDK 20 pump is released at the bottom of the pond: the rising bubbles circulate the water and enrich it with oxygen.
How bottom aeration works
The air pump, installed out of the water, pushes air through the tubing to the diffuser on the bottom. The bubbles create an upward current: bottom water, often the poorest in oxygen, rises to the surface where it exchanges with the air. The whole pond volume is circulated and oxygenated.

How to use
Place the pump out of the water in a sheltered, ventilated spot. Connect the air hose, split and adjust the flow with the valve, then place the diffuser(s) on the pond bottom, ideally in the deepest area.
