Aquipond Aquarium Nitriboost 150 ml – Nitrifying bacteria for aquariums (750 L)

Aquipond Aquarium Nitriboost supplies a high concentration of active nitrifying bacteria to establish the nitrogen cycle faster. It makes starting a new aquarium and introducing fish safer, and helps restore an unbalanced aquarium.

Why a new aquarium needs bacteria

After filling, an aquarium usually needs several weeks before it can take fish. Without biological balance, waste produces ammonia and then nitrites, which are toxic to fish. Nitriboost quickly colonises the filter and surfaces: ammonia is converted into nitrites, then into nitrates, and the pollution peaks that stress fish are limited.

How to use

Shake well before use. Pour the dose directly into the aquarium. Slight cloudiness may appear after adding, then clears naturally within a few hours.

Only the start-up dose (10 ml per 50 L) is specified; for the other situations, follow the stated frequency.

This size: 150 ml bottle, i.e. 15 doses of 10 ml, enough to treat up to 750 litres of water.
