Aquipond GH+ 2 kg – Minerals to raise pond total hardness (GH)

Aquipond GH+ is a blend of mineral salts and trace elements that raises the total hardness (GH) of pond water. It improves water quality, supports bacteria and helps prevent deficiencies in plants and fish.

Why monitor GH?

Total hardness reflects the amount of minerals dissolved in the water, which plants, fish and bacteria depend on. The optimal GH is between 10 and 20°, or higher. A value that is too low is harmful to the growth of plants and fish. Rainwater lowers GH: check it regularly, especially after heavy rain and during dry spells.

How to use

Spread GH+ over the entire water surface, without diluting it first. Work in small amounts, waiting at least 24 hours between two doses and checking GH and pH each time.

Indicative dosage: 1 measuring scoop per m³ of water raises GH by about 1 to 2°, to be adjusted to circumstances.

This size: 2 kg. The number of doses depends on your pond volume and its starting GH: allow 1 measuring scoop per m³ per dose.
