Description
This pink water lily kit contains everything you need to plant a nymphaea in your pond: basket, young plant, potting soil and aquatic gravel. Packed dry, it keeps for a long time without needing water before planting.
Where to place your water lily
The plants supplied are young and need a gentle start. Ideally, place the basket on a shallow shelf in the pond so that only the top of the plant reaches the waterline, and let it establish itself. Alternatively, first set it up submerged in a pot or planter so it can develop, then move it into the pond once it is a little bigger.
Planting in 3 steps
Put the soil in the basket, position the plant, then spread the gravel around it to hide the roots. Then place the basket in the chosen spot.
