Description
The complete pack to get rid of duckweed by tackling its causes: phosphorus, sludge and light. Quantities are calculated for the surface of your water body, and the pack costs 15% less than the same products bought separately.
Why duckweed keeps coming back
Duckweed thrives in calm water that is rich in nutrients, particularly phosphorus. Bottom sludge stores it and releases it continuously. Skimming it off is not enough: as long as nutrients remain available, it grows back.
What each product in the pack does
- SeDox Max (by OASE): binds phosphorus, in the water and in the sludge.
- Bactovase: bacteria that reduce organic sludge on the bottom.
- Nautex: natural CaCO₃ chalk for bottom maintenance, helping to maintain balance and prevent sludge build-up.
- Blue Lake (packs from 600 m²): organic dye that filters light, to be renewed every 4 to 6 weeks.

Calculation basis, at the top of each range: Nautex 100 g/m² (maintenance dose), Bactovase 100 g/m² (one application), SeDox Max 5 kg per approx. 100 m³ of water (average depth 1 m), Blue Lake 2 sachets per 1,000 m² per application.
How to use
- Remove as much duckweed as possible with a net or rake.
- Apply each product following the instructions on its packaging.
- For packs with Blue Lake, renew the application every 4 to 6 weeks.

How do I calculate my pond's surface?
Multiply the length by the width. For a round or irregular shape, keep about 80% of the result. The calculator does it for you.
My pond is deeper than 1 m, what should I do?
The packs are calculated for an average depth of 1 m. Beyond that, add SeDox Max: 5 kg per 100 m³ of water. The calculator shows you the quantity.
Is the pack enough for the whole season?
The pack contains the maintenance dose for one application, calculated at the top of each range. For a heavily silted pond, a second application may be needed: send us a photo and we will advise you.
Can I buy the products separately?
Yes, each product is sold individually. The pack costs 15% less than the same quantities bought separately.
